During the time of admission, original Mark sheets, Certificates and other relevant documents must be produced by the candidates. After checking and verifying these, students may be allowed for admission to the intending courses. In case of gapes in study period, a gap certificate taken from the head of the institution where he/she studied last or from any other Gazetted Officer duly assigned must be submitted to the Admission Board of the college.
Three copies of passport size photographs one to be pasted on the top right corner of the application form and other two copies for the identity card are to be submitted and original caste certificate issued by the Govt. authority, if he/she belongs to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC category is to be produced.
Moreover, the candidates from outside Assam must produce valid documents including certified copy of result sheet published by the competent authority at the time of admission. Besides, they should produce Migration Certificate within 1 (One) month from the date of admission.
